BizConnexx is a DBA (doing business as) of AVN Enterprises, LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming. All references to “BizConnexx,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refer to AVN Enterprises, LLC operating under the name BizConnexx.

BizConnexx provides digital marketing and automation services, including but not limited to:

AI-powered chat and voice assistants
Web chat and appointment booking tools
CRM setup and integration
Email and SMS marketing automation
Website design, hosting, and SEO services
Online reputation and review management tools

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use our services.

3. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

Provide truthful and accurate information
Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
Comply with all local, state, and federal laws
Not misuse, hack, or tamper with our software or website

4. SMS Communications and Compliance

By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive text messages from BizConnexx. These messages may include updates, marketing, support, and appointment reminders.

5. Fees and Payments

Pricing for our services is published on our official website at www.bizconnexx.com/pricing or may be outlined in a custom service agreement. All prices are subject to change at any time at our sole discretion. Any updates to pricing will be posted publicly and/or communicated directly to affected clients via email.

You agree to pay all fees as invoiced and understand that:

Setup fees, monthly or annual subscription fees, and add-on service charges may apply
Late or failed payments may result in temporary suspension or permanent termination of services
We reserve the right to charge interest or late fees for overdue invoices, in accordance with applicable laws
Annual payments may include promotional offers (e.g., waived setup fee, discounted rates)

All payments are final unless otherwise stated in a signed agreement. Refunds are not guaranteed and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, code, designs, and software provided by BizConnexx are the intellectual property of AVN Enterprises, LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, or modify them without our written permission.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services at our discretion for any violation of these Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BizConnexx and AVN Enterprises, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our services.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BizConnexx and AVN Enterprises, LLC from any claims or damages arising from your misuse of our services or breach of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming. Any legal action or proceeding will be handled in a court of competent jurisdiction within the state.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
